My relationship with metabolic health is not theoretical. I lived it, studied it, and applied every clinical and functional tool I had. And reversed it. Twice. That experience is the reason the ROOTS Framework™ exists and why I believe in systems over willpower, every single time.
Mission
I founded The Pauline Higgins Foundation Inc in honor of my mother to bring awareness to ovarian cancer and its connection to metabolic health. That loss sits underneath everything I build. The clinical work, the education, the technology. All of it feeds back into a mission that is far larger than any single product or platform.

About me
A personal brand shaped by healthcare depth, builder energy, and lived mission.
My background in pharmacy and patient education is not separate from my AI work. It is the reason for it. I saw the gaps firsthand. I understood what patients were missing and what healthcare professionals were up against every day. Human effort alone could not reach everyone who needed it.
So I built systems. GLPRoot first, then Hunter's Holistic Health, DeIDGuard, Pharmacy Decoder, and I Can Teach You AI. And when the healthcare work needed a break, I built Yaadmoji and Yaad Dominoes, a Jamaican Patois sticker app and a real-rules Jamaican dominoes game. Each one started as a real problem. Each one was built with AI tools, in the hours between everything else a life like this demands. That is what it looks like when you know the problem from the inside.
My story is also personal. The mission behind this work is rooted in family, healing, and the belief that expertise should create real outcomes, not just content.

The ROOTS Framework™ is the educational methodology behind all of my work. It is how I organize the pharmacology, the functional medicine research, and the lifestyle science into a system people can actually understand and use.
