I am Google AI certified and Claude AI certified, with a PharmD, an MBA, an active RPh license, and certification in functional and nutritional medicine underneath it. I started behind a pharmacy counter in 2012, so the workflows I teach come from the counter, not a case study. The credentials are real. So are the products. When I teach you something, it is because I have shipped with it, not because I read about it.

One rule before anything else: protected health information never goes into a consumer AI tool. Ever. The training builds de-identification into your muscle memory, aligned with HHS guidance on HIPAA and de-identification. This is where a clinical instructor matters. A marketing guru teaching AI will not protect your license. I will teach you to protect it yourself.
Do I need a technical background?
No. If you can document a patient encounter, you can learn this. The training assumes clinical intelligence, not coding experience.
Is it safe to use AI with patient information?
Not with identifiable information, no. You learn to de-identify first, every time, and which tools are appropriate for which tasks. Privacy is lesson one, not an appendix.
Which AI tools do you teach?
The ones that hold up in real work, including ChatGPT and Claude, plus agent-style workflows and builder tools. The skills transfer as tools change, which they will.
I am not a pharmacist. Is this still for me?
Yes. The clinical examples span pharmacy, nursing, nutrition, and practice operations. The methods are the same across roles.
